By purchasing or using Internet Checkup ("the service"), you agree to these Terms.
The service
Internet Checkup is a web app that analyzes your internet bill, connection and online privacy exposure and provides reports, estimates and suggested negotiation scripts.
Purchase and access
The product is sold by ClickBank as the retailer. After purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Internet Checkup is operated, with no recurring fees. Access may be removed if a purchase is refunded or charged back, or if these Terms are violated.
Estimates, not guarantees
All savings figures, scores and recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide and on what is visible on your bill. Results vary and savings are not guaranteed. Whether your provider lowers your bill depends entirely on your provider.
Not professional advice
The service provides general information only. It is not legal, financial or technical advice.
No affiliation
Internet Checkup is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any internet service provider. Provider names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
Your responsibilities
You agree to upload only bills that belong to you or that you are authorized to use, to keep your login details private, and not to misuse, copy, resell, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update the service and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
